Recently running has come back to me as being fun again. Well it ain’t really fun as in happy-smiling, relaxing fun, but rather I think running is the best time to reflect on stuff and all that. Past 4 days have seen me cover bout 25 km, its not much lar, but it’s a start I must say. The fatigue is definitely there, but yah I think its worthit cos I’m really struggling less and less with the runs, which means im slowly but surely getting fitter. I realize that my body can respond to non-exercise in a rapid manner, and my fitness can deteriorate really rapidly.

But its ok, important thing is I keep at this. Have also changed my eating habits so its really much better. Looks like the really bad sore throat I had not too long ago really made me so scared of all things fried and deep fried, I remember when I decided to relent a few days ago and go and eat chicken mcwings, I swear I had the most uncomfortable sleep cos my throat was hurting so much.

On another note, we finally went over to train over at KC yest. I must say that the field wasn’t too good lar, but I think most importantly we had space, we had balls, we had markers and we had bibs. So we were really well equipped. And I planned my training well enough such that everybody was more or less moving at the same time. However, I think I must set aside ½ hour every training to let the girls play with each other to familiarize each other with their style. This I think will go long way towards them understanding each other.

Oh well, I figured dats all for now, gotta go and do some stationary exercises, which make up my Tuesday/Thursday fitness sessions.
