The past 24 hours have been a whirlwind and a flurry of activities. Let me elaborate.

Friday was the conclusion of the floorball 3-on-3 competition. They had built a court in SMU, which my team, made up of SMURF Wen Duan, Daniel, Yan Ling and myself. The previous day on Thursday, we spent till 11pm practisng on the court.

The semi-finals against you-an's team was won 3-1 by us, wen duan scoring a hat trick, if i'm not wrong. Haha I dont realli remember. Perhaps the one thing I did remember was when you-an was all over me and climbed on my head, i mean literally. The crowd on my side went crazy and started scolding the culprit, which instigated hao-yi to ask them to eff off. Of course this curse, said allowed and in such a malicious manner only provoked the crowd more. But I was glad that I didnt respond, I just checked if you-an was ok and continued.

Then we went to the final against another group of floorballers. There was a guy called clement, another called mark and a girl called deborah. They were a realli good team but we snuck to a 3-0 lead by halftime. Then came the second half. We were flooded with attacks, almost every call went against us and they got 2 goals back.

But we defended like hell, seriously, I was so shack, cos my fasting was beginining to take its toll. 5 more mins, and the opponenents would prob. have managed to draw us level. But 1 thing kept us in it.

Yan Ling.

She is a work of art seriously, there is no other girl I know whohas so much determination and can take so many knocks. Her hardiness and yet humility impresses me. HEr saves dat day realli did it for us.

I respect the opponents for their skill, but one thing I hated was their trash talk, and decision to start jibing at us, and being confrontational, talking to the ref and shit. Perhaps the best example was when one of the guys banged in to me and both of us fell sideways into the barrier. It was quite a bad fall for me, but i got up and walked away. Oh, and apologised also. the other guy whined and claimed I elbowed him. But the ref gave the free hit our way! So it was obvious who was in the wrong. and in dat sense the smurfs deserved the win.

Champions, in a sport i barely play. I'll take dat.

Yong En Ovenighter

After that it was off to tuition at tanah merah and where I recieved the news that the team would be staying overnight at Yong En to finish up the job ASAP. I was rather reluctant at first, then decided that it would be the last time and prob only time I could do it, so I got home, and packed my bags, getting a lift from Dan Poh to Chinatown.

We reached at bout 12, and began work till 2 am, where we stopped. We had a nice team bonding session, getting to find out more about each other, which lasted till bout 3 am. Then it was back to work for a while, before resting for cards at bout 5. I rested from 6 to 10 am, before it was back to full blast work. Left for the curtains at 12, then came back by 2. Where we whacked it till 640pm. Im home now, but I'm realli super shack, just slep bout an hour in front of the TV.

I realli love the Do-gooders, in spite of everything, WE WILL prove to everybody that we are the best.

Out.
