Looking for a light

I am burnt 2 shades of brown, I think I have one of the clearest sock lines around, man I took a look today at it after open house and it was almost as if my skin has a clearly demarcated line around the ankle.

Open House was enjoyable, we took down the details of a bout 30 girls, and like I told the team in the de-brief, if even one of the girls comes and joins the team it will realli be something. The commitment shown by everybody today was realli great, and the enormity of the moment did not dawn on me until after the open house was over. I realised that a Girls Soccer booth had never been opened in the 21 years of VJC's existence and this was the first time, so I think it was a massive effort by all the girls and I applaud them for dat.

A few things still worry me, well actually oen thing lar, dat is the issue of the running of the team. There seems to be no catalyst in the team, no person who says, hey lets do this! Lets go makan! Who wants to kick around after training! Even if it happens its not obvious enough, and I'm a little upset at this problem as it will prove to be crucial in the long term. She FOng is not getting her hands dirty enough in the team, she needs to be more present instead of being there and not there. But I dont blame her, the poor girl has so much to cope with. Anyways, the girls marketing techniques were great and I loved the publicity posters done by Miss Steph Woo! Now officially our VJC Poster girl! Hahaha.

Oh well, I can feel my neck ready to peel by tom, sigh, now its off to do MA again, was planning to watch midnight show of flightplan, but decided against it so I can do some work. Sigh, why is it always about work? Bleargh.

Training on monday! Midterm results on Tuesday! MA midterm on wed! Floorball and soccer on Friday!
