Looking for a light

Yeah, what a feeling it was today, it is still surreal man, and well suddenly my 2hr 15 min sleep seems justified. We did it.

The match was settled by a single goal by Stef, a looping ball which went over the keeper. That was probbly one of our few purposeful attacks, but well that is the raw truth about soccer, the ball is round, and nothing is ever settled until the final whistle blows.

After the goal, it was all SA all the way, realli bringing the game to us, and ur defence stood strong, literally like a wall which kept rejecting the ball and the attempts at goal.

But well, somehow when they missed a one on one, something inside me said, hey maybe today its our day after all, and yes it turned up so.

But the feeling of the moment is gone now, and its back to refocus on the coming match against Raffles, time to wrap up man. Phew I am realli tired now, so till later, gotta reassess the game now, I realise I always think better after a few hours after the match.

And here's to a good night of sleep.
